This is a three hour course required by Massachusetts
Department of Public Safety for a License to Carry or a Firearms Identification Card. This NRA Course blends some of the important points covered in the Refuse to be a Victim and Personal Protection Courses.

victim of a violent crime than anyone else in New England.
