Yoga for the Young

Be as tall as a mountain, as quiet as a mouse, as fierce as a lion, and as taut as a bow. Little bodies have lots of energy and big imaginations. Have fun with yoga poses and yoga breathing and even try a tiny bit of relaxation at the end. Bring a yoga mat if you have one, and wear comfortable clothing.

Yoga Instructor is Linda Davis. For children ages 3-5 and their caregivers. Registration is required and begins June 1.
