In the mood for a love story? Come learn about the experiences of Pardon Mawney Whipple, a midshipman who sailed on Constitution during the War of 1812. Follow Whipple’s journey in our All Hands on Deck exhibit and learn about his sweetheart, Eliza. After you explore the galleries, create a sailors’ valentine, a seashell decorated box, for your own sweetheart. Sailors’ Valentines cost $5.00 and are in limited supply.
