Focusing on a recent case in Brooklyn, New York, this film highlights
the continuing issues with eminent domain and urban renewal and the
involvement of private/ corporate developers. As the West End was sold
to a private developer- this film about one man fighting the Atlantic
Yard project and the developer to keep his “perfect apartment.”
