Let’s get wild with food! This year’s Book Cooks is inspired by the memoir Wild by Cheryl Strayed. Chef
Anna Biron will help us “Escape the Ordinary” with a hands-on cooking program; afterward we’ll enjoy
the fruits of our labor. The menu will include edible plants, mushrooms, and berries that might be
found in the wild, as well as foods and flavors that evoke the West Coast of North America.
This program will be held at the Daggett-Crandall-Newcomb Home. Registration begins July 21 at the
library; limited to 25 participants.
This program is supported by a grant from the Norton Cultural Council, a local agency which is
supported by the Massachusetts Cultural Council, a state agency, and Chef Anna Biron.
