Father's Day Brunch Fundraiser

Boy Scout Troop 42 will host a Father's Day brunch this Sunday June 21st

If you’re not sure what to do with Dad on Sunday morning, why not treat him to a nice brunch that also doubles as a fund raiser for Boy Scout Troop 42’s potential High Adventure trip to Bermuda.  Dubbed Operation Pink Sand, the trip has been researched and planned by Senior Patrol Leader Jason Amis.  This Sunday, from 10:30am until 11:45am, bring Dad and the family to the First Congregational Church in Norwood, 100 Winter Street (at Walpole Street) for a delicious breakfast with your choice of plain or blueberry or chocolate chip pancakes, sausages, home fried potatoes, orange, cranberry or apple juice, regular and de-caf coffee, or tea, and fruit salad.  Prices are $5.00 for dear old Dad, $7.00 for other adults, $5.00 for children.  There is also a special family rate of $14.00 that includes two adults and up to three children.  While there, you will also be able to enjoy a Boy Scout Court of Honor, an event in which we recognize the rank achievements, merit badges and other awards that the boys of Boy Scout Troop 42 have earned in the past six months.  For more information, please contact scoutmaster@troop42norwood.com, or Bob S
