Saint Catherine of Siena School Presents Annie Jr.
Saint Catherine of Siena Middle School will present Annie Jr. on May 13th and 14th at 7:30 p.m. at the Norwood Theatre.
Saint Catherine of Siena Middle School will present Annie Jr. on Wednesday, May 13th and Thursday, May 14th at 7:30 p.m. at the Norwood Theatre, 109 Central Street. Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children ages 10 and younger and seniors. Tickets are available online at https://scsnorwood.wufoo.com/forms/annie-jr/ or at the door the evening of the performance.
Annie is the story of an irrepressible orphan whose optimism and spunk win the heart of billionaire Daddy Warbucks. Set in New York City during the 1930’s, the musical features familiar songs such as “It’s a Hard-Knock Life,” “Tomorrow,” “Easy Street,” “Maybe” and many others.
More than 50 young performers in grades 6-8 are part of the Saint Catherine’s production. Norwood residents Audrey Scafati and Caroline McDonald star as Annie. Other leading characters include Ava Ekberg and Alex Bedard as the mean Miss Hannigan, Michael Curley and Liam Glavin as Daddy Warbucks, Brittany Christopher and Natalina Venditti as his secretary Grace, Domenic Bettinelli and Charbel Jeneid as Rooster, Abby Rogers and Kate Earle as Lily and Kerry McMullan, Olivia Shields, Isabella Petrosino, Ari Giers, Caileen Hayes and Emily Cobuccio as the orphans. The show is directed by Marisa Ferrara and Erin Costello.
