St. Catherine's Hawks Boys Soccer Team Wins vs Meadowbrook and Xaverian - Grade 8Record Now 5-0 St. Catherine's Boys' Middle School Soccer Team won vs Xaverian Brothers High School Gr 8 Soccer Team last week running their record to 5 - 0. The week before, they traveled to Weston &amp; came away with a 5-0 victory over Meadowbrook School. The win improved the Hawks' record to a perfect 4-0-0 before playing XBHS. Ryan Larson notched a hat trick, &amp; Christopher Nelson &amp; Axel Ekberg scored their first goals of the season, with Ekberg's coming from a well-placed corner kick from Brady Gaspa. "It's always good to get a win on the road," said SCS Head Coach Eric Larson. They "played hard &amp; gave us some trouble at times, but the boys played well &amp; moved the ball together as a team." Goalkeepers Jack Curran &amp; Matthew Iantosca each played a half &amp; maintained the shut-out with some aggressive goalkeeping. The next game is against Solomon Schecter.
