Melanoma Education Foundation of Peabody to Host Annual Comedy Night Dinner Show with Peabody Native Gary Gulman

The Melanoma Education Foundation is hosting its Annual Comedy and dinner featuring nationally known comedian Gary Gulman.

WHEN: Friday, April 24, from 7 to 11:30 p.m.

Gary Gulman is a Peabody native and was a finalist on the NBC talent show Last Comic Standing in Seasons 2 and 3. He has performed on The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Late Show with David Letterman, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Jimmy Kimmel Live!, Conan, and John Oliver’s New York Stand-Up Show. In 2006, he starred in his own one-hour Comedy Central special entitled “Gary Gulman: Boyish Man.’’ His second Comedy Central special aired in 2012 was called “In This Economy.”

Gulman is now the host of NESN’s Comedy All-Stars. Numerous television networks have inked him to star in comedy projects for them, including CBS, Showtime, FOX, and HBO. His work includes a half-hour Showtime Network special, a critically lauded CD entitled “Conversations With Inanimate Objects” and the one-hour DVD “Boyish Man.”

Also performing at the MEF event will be Steve Macone and Dan Boulger. The event will also feature $10,000 in raffle prizes, a 50/50 raffle and live auction.

Tickets are $60 per person and include a complete buffet dinner. Tables of 12 may be reserved in advance. All proceeds of the event will benefit the Melanoma Education Foundation.
