Police: Dogs Chasing Kids; Furnishing the Park

Sunday, Oct. 4
At 12:16 p.m., there was a report of a verbal argument over a dog on Sanborn Street.
At 1:03 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident on Lowell Street.

At 1:42 p.m., there was a motor vehicle accident at the North Shore Mall.
At 2:09 p.m., there was a report of a man harassing customers outside a drug store on Main Street. The man was advised to not bother anyone.

At 5:09 p.m., there was a report of loud music on Crane Brook Way.
At 6 p.m., there was a report of loose dogs chasing children at Raddin Park. Police found no dogs and no children.
At 7:39 p.m., Ralph E. Dandy, 49, of 94 Foster St. in Peabody was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; subsequent offense. Police also arrested Michelle L. Bartolo, 29, of 318 Highland Avenue in Salem and charged her with allowing the unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
At 10:29 p.m., police arrested Kenneth J. Psomos, 47, of 22 Pulaski St., #D5 in Peabody and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
Monday, Oct. 5
At 1 a.m., there was a report of a loud woman yelling on Bartholomew Terrace. The woman agreed to turn in for the night.
At 7:06 a.m., officers found a couch at the backstop of Savage Park. The DPW was notified to pick it up.
At 9:23 a.m., there was a report of a possible breaking and entering on Pulaski Street.
At 10:01 a.m., police arrested Francis H. Reardon, 66, of 41 Tamarack Lane in Peabody and charged him with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.
