Police: Suspicious Activity at St. Adelaide's Parish Center; Man Warned Not to Contact Any Kids in the Area; Lost Cat

Monday, May 11
At 2:02 p.m., suspicious activity at St. Adelaide’s Parish Center on Lowell Street. Caller reported that an unknown person has been coming to the church property and throwing a glass bottle against the rear door.Incident has occurred several times over the last week.
At 3:06 p.m., burglary on Howard Avenue. Resident reported that someone may have been in the home about 2 p.m. while his 17-year-old daughter was home alone. Suspect may be a female. No forced entry; iPad mini was taken. Documented.

At 3:05 p.m., fraud on Raylen Avenue. Walk-in reported that someone filed a tax return in his name.
At 3:10 p.m., vandalism on Jennings Circle. Caller reported that her car window was damaged. Officer reported that the window was damaged by a BB.

At 3:15 p.m., lost cat on Samoset Road. Caller reported her 10-year-old, female, brown tabby cat is missing. Whiskey was last seen on May 9 in the area of Samoset Road. Cat was not wearing a collar but is microchipped.
At 4:40 p.m., larceny at Latitude Sports Club on Newbury Street. Party reported that his house key and car key were stolen out of a locker while at the gym.
Thursday, May 12
At 2:41 a.m., DPW callout in area of Rizzo’s Roast Beef on Lynn Street. Abandoned shopping cart.
At 7:25 a.m., motor vehicle accident with injuries on North Central St. One driver transported to an area hospital. Two vehicles towed. Dylan Silva, 16, will be summonsed for operating without a license.
At 11:32 a.m., neighborhood dispute on Herold Road.
At 11:35 a.m., suspicious activity on Veterans Memorial Drive. Resident reported that an older male sitting on his stoup. Lynn man warned not to come back to the area, and not to contact any kids in the area.
