Plimoth Cinema Presents 'Loosies'

Plimoth Plantation had three special guests arrive Saturday for a movie premiere of Loosies starring Marianne Leone Cooper. Cooper's husband, Chris, an Oscar-winner, attended to support his wife, but stayed very discrete to let Leone enjoy her night. Also in attendance was director Michael Corrente.

Marianne Leone Cooper lives in Kingston and has starred in Loosies, The Sopranos, Goodfellas and The Thin Blue Line. She said Saturday night that she will be starring in the upcoming The Three Stooges movie. 

Michael Corrente, a Providence native, has directed Brotherhood, Brooklyn Rules, and Outside Providence. 

Attendees enjoyed h'orderves and cocktails before the film in the Gainsborough Hall. Following the film, Marianne and Michael answered questions about the film.

Nicole Logan, Public Relations Manager for Plimoth Plantation, presented gift baskets put together by Plymouth Farmers' Market to both Marianne and Michael.

The movie will be playing in the Linn Theatre of the Hornblower Visitor Center through March 29 at 4:30pm and 7pm. Visit www.plimoth.org for more
