Motorists and cyclists share the same roads; imagine that?
When driving a car, you are the vehicle that can hurt the smaller vehicles such as bicyclists and motorcyclists so remember that. Having been a professional truck driver and, as a former driving instructor, it is my observation that the car driver has the most responsibility on the road for his or her own safety as well as that of others.
It is understandable that bicyclists, motorcyclists, trucks and school buses can annoy even the best drivers, so no matter what you drive or ride remember this: as a road-user your behavior can and sometimes does have an effect on somebody else.
