The Summer Solstice arrives on Wednesday. The YogaConnection will be celebrating on Sunday the 24th. at 9 am on the beach at 30 Warren Avenue. You can walk the labyrinth on the beach, end a bad habit or start a new positive one with the fire ceremony. It is a celebration of the changing season, the longest day of the year and the inevitable return to days growing shorter forcasting the next change to come. Bring a drum, bring a friend...just come and celebrate your life with with like minded individuals. The journey through the labyrinth can be transformational. Let go of expectations . Bring an open mind and a donation of non-perishable food for the Food Pantry.
