Plymouth County Man Killed in Snowmobile Crash
Stephen Nava, 21, of Kingston, was killed Thursday in a crash in Pittsburg, New Hampshire.
PITTSBURG, NH — A Kingston man was killed in a snowmobile crash in New Hampshire Thursday. Stephen Nava, 21, died after the snowmobile he was driving on Boundary Pond struck a dam, according to New Hampshire Fish and Game. The impact sent the machine airborne before it crashed into a tree.
The crash happened at about 11:30 a.m. Nava was wearing a helmet, Fish and Game officials said.
The cause of the crash appears to be failure to adapt to the changing terrain, officials said.
