Kirby, has received a nine‑month suspension, stayed for two years with conditions, after the state's highest court found he neglected a client, kept an unearned fee, and failed to cooperate with bar counsel. Local clients should know his ability to practice now depends on complying with sobriety‑focused conditions, or he must serve the full suspension and seek reinstatement.
