• Flock camera usage sparks privacy concerns in Quincy - Boston News, Weather, Sports (whdh.com) — Quincy officials have postponed a decision on whether to keep using Flock automated license plate reader cameras, after residents raised privacy concerns. The police chief defended the system as a limited investigative tool, noting that only a small fraction of the 700,000 plates recently scanned have been investigated.
