Two other people were taken to the hospital.

QUINCY, MA — At least one person is dead following a crash on Quincy Shore Drive.
At about 9 p.m. Monday, a Mercedes E320W fled a traffic stop on Quincy Shore Drive at a high rate of speed. The trooper who pulled the driver over didn't pursue the vehicle, which left at a high rate of speed, but drove in the same direction.
The trooper then found the crash on Quincy Shore Drive in the area of Caddy Memorial Park. Police say the Mercedes struck a Toyota Camry and a Toyota Highlander before impacting and rolling over the sea wall. The vehicle landed on the beach and a rotator wrecker was needed to remove the vehicle.
