BOSTON — A Quincy man was arrested after Transit Police said he recorded video up a woman's dress at the MBTA's Broadway Station. Yoa Wong, 27, was charged with violating the state's up-skirting law. Around 7:45 p.m., Tuesday, police were called to the train station after a report man using his phone to take video underneath a woman's dress.

A witness told officers that while riding up the escalator, Wong bumped into him and passed by him, according to Transit police. The witness told police he believed Wong passed by him to better position himself behind the woman to take video underneath her dress and between her legs.

Police said the witness followed Wong outside the station onto Dorchester Avenue and was able to have someone call 911 and prevent Wong from leaving before police arrive.
