Registration Now Open For Nation's Leading NICU Leadership Forum

Synova Associates, a conference and consulting organization that caters to the education and advancement of nurse leaders, is hosting their 22nd annual Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) leadership forum, April 22-26, 2018 at the Sawgrass Marriott in Ponte Vedra, Florida.

“We’re very excited about the upcoming NICU Leadership Forum, because our attendance has grown every year, meaning that we’re extending our reach to help more NICU nurse leaders learn new ways to address their complex environment,” said Chrissy Burke, Partner, Synova Associates.

This year’s conference theme, Leadership: Finding Joy in the Journey, will focus on improving the work environment by fostering staff satisfaction and fulfillment. The evidence-based curriculum will offer a variety of tracks, guest speakers, presentations, and peer-to-peer networking opportunities.

Synova Associates partners, NANN and Abbott Nutrition Health Institute, offer need-based scholarships to for nurse leaders otherwise not able to attend.

Synova Associates was formed in 2010 by Cathy Bush, Chrissy Burke, Sandy Chapman and Barbara Greer who have been organizing the NICU Leadership Forum meeting since its inception in 1996. Synova’s goal is to provide innovative solutions for nurse leaders through education and consulting services.
