Following a search for suspects on foot and with helicopters, police found two individuals who matched the description of the suspects on the second floor of a parking garage at 1250 Hancock St., police said. When asked why they were in the garage, the two said they were students. When police asked for identification, the juvenile allegedly dropped his backpack, jumped 20 feet to the ground, and fled. Prosecutors requested $150,000 cash bail. Kisakey's attorney argued that Kisakye would be unable to pay a high bail and requested $1,000 cash bail. She told Judge Mark Coven that the juvenile shot the gun and Kisakye had no idea he was going to pull the trigger. She added that the backpack in the garage belonged to the juvenile and a second bag that belonged to Kisakye had benign items.
