• Man dead after apparent drowning in Randolph (boston.com) — A man died Sunday afternoon after an apparent drowning in Great Pond off Pond Street in Randolph, following a 911 call about a swimmer in distress. Randolph police, firefighters, and State Police responded, and the victim was later pronounced dead at a hospital as investigators continue to review what happened.
