A new career TD king is born as weekend heroes clinch invite to Gillette Stadium and MIAA Super Bowls.

Mike Sainristil, Everett — The sophomore receiver and defensive back came up big in the Division 1 North final against Andover, scoring three touchdowns in a 62-33 win. Sainristil intercepted EJ Perry and returned it 30 yards for a score. He returned a kickoff for a 93-yard score and added a 58-yard touchdown reception.

John Teehan, Latin Academy — In a 30-12 win over O'Bryant the quarterback threw three touchdown passes and directed a Dragons offense that played turnover-free football. Teehan finished 11 of 15 for 132 yards and LA won the Division 4A North title.

Colton Fahey, Phillips Andover — The North Andover sophomore didn't expect to play against Phillips Exeter but on the third play of the game the starter was hurt and it was Fahey's game to win. He went 7-of-10 passing including a touchdown as the Big Blue beat their rivals, 16-7.

Bobby Maimaron, Duxbury — With star receiver Ryan Reagan back from injury, Maimaron threw three touchdown passes, two to Reagan, and broke the state record for career touchdown passes with 115. Maimaron also ran for a score in Duxbury's 26-19 win over North Attleboro in the Division 2 South final.

Pat Snow, East Bridgewater — The senior running back scored the winning touchdown in overtime to beat Norwell, 22-20 in the Division 3A South final. Snow finished with 117 yards rushing and three touchdowns.

Michael LaFrange, Falmouth — The senior was a force on both sides of the ball as the Clippers beat Westwood, 28-6, in the Division 2A South final. On defense, he intercepted two passes and on offense he ran for 170 yards and a touchdown.

Lewi L'Heureux, Triton — In a wild 46-32 win over Watertown in the Division 3 North final, the Vikings senior quarterback ran for three touchdowns and passed for two more.

Sam Abate, Beverly — One week after knocking off top-seeded Tewksbury, Beverly beat No. 2 seed Billerica to secure the Division 2 North title. Senior running back Sam Abate was the hero, scoring three second-half touchdowns in a 19-18 win.

Shane Frommer, King Philip — The junior back ran for 188 yards and two touchdowns in a 33-28 win over Bridgewater-Raynham that sent KP to the Division 1A South title and a trip to Gillette Stadium.

Sam Frontero, Marblehead — With Jaason Lopez sidelined by a first-half injury, Frontero stepped up and the senior back scored two second-half touchdowns to lift the Magicians to the Division 2A North title and an automatic berth in the Division 2A Super Bowl at Gillette Stadium.

Jack Tishman, Wellesley — In a 27-20 win over Brockton, Tishman threw for two touchdowns and ran for two more. His last touchdown pass came with 16 seconds left and the score tied at 20-20. Wellesley improved to 9-1 and has one game remaining, the traditional and longtime matchup with Needham on Thanksgiving.

Tyler Hayden, Woburn — The Tanners have won three in a row and this week in a 35-20 win over Westford it was Hayden to stood out, scoring three touchdowns on runs of 15, 57, and 47 yards.
