New state data also highlight the school’s demographics and show Revere Public Schools educating 6,930 students across all local campuses.

Traffic Commission makes quick work of busy agenda (reverejournal.com) — New traffic and parking rules are coming to several Revere neighborhoods after the Traffic Commission quickly approved multiple ordinance changes. From new stop signs and resident‑only parking zones to restrictions on large commercial vehicles, these decisions will affect how residents drive, park, and access MBTA‑adjacent streets across the city.

Council looks to Massport for increased mitigation funding (reverejournal.com) — Revere city councillors are pressing Massport for funding to replace Beachmont Elementary School’s aging windows, arguing aircraft noise from Logan’s runway changes is disrupting students and nearby residents. They want modern, sound‑reducing windows and a fairer mitigation plan so Beachmont and Revere no longer shoulder a disproportionate share of airport impacts.
   

4. Amazon Donation Helps Stock Classrooms Across Revere Public Schools (advocatenews.net) — Revere Public Schools teachers started the 2026–27 year with free Amazon-supplied basics like pencils, markers, tissues, wipes, and paper delivered to every school in the city. Local principals and Mayor Patrick Keefe say the donation eases teachers’ costs, supports classrooms from elementary through middle school, and even gave Rumney Marsh students a leadership role distributing supplies.
   

5. City of Revere Announces Revere Affordable Homeownership Buydown Program (advocatenews.net) — Revere residents hoping to buy their first home in the city can soon apply for up to $75,000–$200,000 in forgivable assistance through the new Revere Affordable Homeownership Buydown Program. Income-eligible locals who live, work, or send children to Revere schools must complete homebuyer education, secure a mortgage pre-approval, and can start applying November 4 for limited first-come funding.
