The Ground Up Seminar offers the fundamental elements of TBC's award-winning, emerging developer accelerator program in a condensed and accessible format, designed for individuals who are new to or considering entry into real estate investment and development.
The seminar will address capital sources, budgeting, zoning and permitting, and building a project team. Participants leave with core concepts and terms to make a first step in the field, and a clear path to continue learning and growing.
Light breakfast and lunch will be provided. Spanish translation will be available.
Participants will greatly benefit from having a laptop or tablet with them to use or share during the seminar.
