• Downtown Office Building Approved For Conversion Trades For $8.5M: The Boston Deal Sheet (bisnow.com) — A fully leased 8.6-acre industrial outdoor storage campus at 320 Charger St. in Revere has been sold for $12 million to a partnership including Equity Resource Investments and North River Co. The site, leased to Avis Budget Group since 2022, also carries $22 million in acquisition financing, signaling strong investor interest in Revere’s industrial and logistics real estate.
