TOMORROW! Community Conversations: Radical Self-Care for Parents of All Ages

Do you love your role as a parent, yet struggle at times with making sure you get the care you need along with the care you provide for your child/ren? Believe it or not, this is not just a problem for new parents. Come join an important discussion that acknowledges the tough parts of parenting, as well as the enormous pressure to do it “right.” We’ll emphasize that with the right perspective, all members of a family can get the care they need, and we’ll present some ideas about how to get there. Learn anxiety and stress management tips and skills that especially emphasize being mindful and listening to your own true voice as a guide.
