Police Log: Warrant Arrest Made in Sharon for Attempted Murder

Sunday, April 7
1:58 a.m. - A Massachusetts motorist was stopped in the vicinity of East Street and Ames Street for operating an unlicensed motor vehicle.
8:46 a.m. - A radio was stolen from a parked school bus on High Plain Street.

Monday, April 8
10:01 a.m. - Police arrested Mario Recinos, 21, of Attleboro, for driving with a suspended license, giving a false name to a police officer and speeding in the vicinity of Wolomolopoag Street and South Main Street in Sharon.

2:13 p.m. - Police arrested Darrell Rodney, 32, of Stoughton, on a warrant out of Brockton for two counts of attempted murder, according to police reports. He was arrested by Sharon Police at a residence on Richards Avenue.
5:55 p.m. - Police arrested a 26-year-old Roy Stevenson in the vicinity of High Street and North Main Street.
7:23 p.m. - Police responded to a report of damage to the front door frame of a home on Bluff Head Road, where there was an alleged attempt at breaking and entering.
7:28 p.m. - Sharon Police assisted a Park Ranger at Borderland State Park in search of hikers that were over due.
Tuesday, April 9
8:28 a.m. - Breaking and entering to six school buses where the radio's were stolen on High Plain Street.
Wednesday, April 10
5:59 p.m. - The Sharon Police Department assisted the Sharon Fire Department with a garage fire on High Street.
Thursday, April 11
6:36 p.m. - Breaking and entering of a residence on Walpole Street. Door was left ajar and the window was broken.
Saturday, April 13
2:20 p.m. - Report of a car accident with personal injury after a person riding a bicycle was hit by a car in the vicinity of North Main Street and Lantern Lane.
9:53 p.m. - A speeding citation was issued to a Massachusetts motorist in the vicinity of East Street and Jefferson Avenue.
