3 Things You Missed from Selectmen
A town official retires and two amendments approved.

In case you missed last night's selectmen's meeting, here are the highlights:
1. Selectmen approve a SELCO amendment to the existing cable agreement. Public hearings were held earlier this month.
2. SELCO General Manager Tom Josie is retiring. The Board of Selectmen thanked him for his years of service of bringing SELCO and the town through the many technology changes. Assistant Town Manager Michael Hale will replace him on April 4.

3. Selectmen amended the parking ban on Plainfield Avenue to reflect the times of the ban, which are from Sunday through Saturday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. The parking ban is near Route 9 and is an attempt to allow for better visibility for cars entering and exiting from Route 9.
The next selectmen's meeting is scheduled for Monday, April 4, at 7 p.m., in the town hall.
