Apple Tree Arts presents Disney’s "Little Mermaid Jr." Friday, Jan. 11, 7 p.m. and Saturday, Jan. 12, 7 p.m. at Grafton Middle School, 22 Providence Rd., Grafton.
Tickets: $8 for adults, $5 for seniors & students & free for children four and younger. Tickets will be sold at the door.
Several Shrewsbury students act in the show.The show is double casted with Shrewsbury actors playing supporting roles on Friday and major characters on Saturday.

Ariel, the beautiful young mermaid who longs to be part of the human world is played by Abby Brann of Shrewsbury and Amelia Murray of Grafton. Prince Eric, Ariel’s love interest is played by Daniel Murphy of Grafton. King Triton is played by Abby Rogers of Grafton. Sebastian the crab, the king’s confidante is played by Amanda Frost of Shrewsbury and Alyssa Luber of Grafton. Ursula, the evil sea witch is played by Allie Benbenek of Shrewsbury and CC Frederickson of Uxbridge. Flounder, Ariel’s best friend, is played by Katelyn Benbenek of Shrewsbury and Delanie Burke of Grafton. Scuttle, the know-it-all sea gull is played by Emma Brann of Shrewsbury.
The 21 cast members from Shrewsbury, Grafton, Uxbridge and Northbridge began rehearsing in mid-October.
