Armory Theft Suspect Headed Back to MA for Charges, Orders Judge
The man charged with breaking in to a Worcester armory and stealing multiple weapons is being sent back to Massachusetts.

A New York judge has ordered a man accused of an armory theft in Worcester to stand federal weapons charges in Massachusetts.
According to the U.S. Attorney-Disctrict of MA, a judge ordered James Morales detained and transported to Massachusetts to face federal weapons charges in connection with breaking in to the Lincoln Stoddard Army Reserve on Saturday.
The former Army reservist, 34, was arrested was arrested in New York on Wednesday evening.

Walker is accused of stealing six rifles and 10 pistols that are valued at more than $1,000.
Authorities matched stains that were found near the weapons vault to Morales, who also wore a monitoring bracelet for child rape charges. Authorities surmise that he had cut the bracelet off after the theft, said CBS Local.

Descriptions of the 16 missing weapons were entered into a database at the National Crime Information Center, reported WHDH-TV, which also shared the full complaint.
