SHREWSBURY, MA—Shrewsbury's Zoning Board of Appeals meets on Monday, July 25, at 6:30 p.m. at the Municipal Town Building to address a long agenda that includes permitting for a 280-unit apartment complex, and expanding a lot for an auto sales company.
Other agenda items include:
- Special permit to operate a repair garage
- Allow a gymnastics facility at 820 Boston Turnpike
- Expand the parking lot for Quinsigamond Plaza
- Construct a 280-unit multi family apartment complex at 440 and 526 Hartford Turnpike
