California Man Arrested for A&B; Strobe Lights Go Off in the Night; Animal Stuck in Bathroom

The following information was provided by the Shrewsbury Police Department. All arrests are reported. Charges do not indicate a conviction.

Incidents, Tuesday, Oct. 8 

7:31 a.m.: MVA with no injuries, Main Street 

10:52 a.m.: Person visits with officer to report ID theft 

11:54 a.m.: Remove deceased rabbit from roadway, Crescent Street 

11:54 a.m.: Remove skunk from garage, Saybrook Road 

12:32 p.m.: Two car MVA on Grafton Street with no injuries 

12:54 p.m.: Two-car MVA with injuries, Oak Street 

1:24 p.m.: Two-car MVA with injuries, Grafton Street 

4 p.m.: Person reports someone missing from Sheridan Drive 

5:37 p.m.: Woman said two other females are threatening her, Maple Ave. 

6:49 p.m.: Two car MVA with no injuries, Elm Street 

7:38 p.m.: Man and woman arguing, Harford Turnpike address. Both are placed in custody. Thomas Raboin, 3618 Radnor Ave., Long Beach, CA, is arrested and charged with A&B 

8:14 p.m.: Police respond to verbal domestic situation, Lakeside Ave. 

8:18 p.m.: Report of red strobe lights activated at the Hoagland-Pincus Center on Maple Street 

8:30 p.m.: Animal in the bathroom, Hyde Farms Road. Animal is freed.
