UPDATED: Less Than 10 Homes Without Power
With less than 10 homes without power, SELCO continues working hard.
Less than 10 homes are without power in town, according to Town Manager Dan Morgado.
Since the storm on Saturday night, crews have worked as quickly as possible to get every resident in town up and running.
"We are down to a few homes in town that have longer driveways with multiple lines out," said Jackie Pratt, communications manager for . "We're going to re-evaluate before the end of the day."

Crews have worked to restore power to the groups of homes in town and neighborhoods that were out. "There's just a few homes that we may not get to today, but we're working as fast as we can," Pratt said.
With 15,000 customers in town and 2,000 without power on the day of the Saturday night storm, SELCO has restored power to almost all residents.

"We've been getting good feedback from the customers," said Bill Yovan, a linesman for SELCO who was working on Arbor Drive. "They keep saying we're doing such a better job than other communities."
Communities like Northborough had no power for days after the storm and other communities west and north of Worcester are still waiting for power to be restored.
