Police Log for May 19, 2011.

7:30 a.m. 103 Harrington Farms, 73 year-old female complaining of headache and abdominal pains. Medics transported to St. Vincent's Hospital

8:49 a.m. 56 Stoney Hill Rd., 17 year-old unresponsive, but he is breathing. Transported to UMass

9:08 a.m. 1000 Boston Turnpike, Someone in lobby to report a theft at this location.

9:12 a.m. Lake Quinsigamond, male party found what he believed to be a dead dog while fishing. Animal Control Officer called. It's a raccoon.

9:47 a.m. 539 Boston Turnpike, Walk-in reporting larceny of a wallet. Report taken.

10:40 a.m. 11 Meadow Hill Rd., Animal control officer called to remove a hawk from this location. Hawk was transported to Tufts.

10:59 a.m. 72 South Quinsigamond Apt. 3, Walk-in to station for Vehicle Identification number. Party was assisted.

12:49 p.m. 14 Norcross Point, Female walk-in requesting to speak with an officer regarding an ongoing verbal altercation with her husband. Husband not on scene. Party was advised of her rights.

12:55 p.m. 5 Norton Way, Walk-in reporting a violation.

1:00 p.m. 571 Boston Turnpike, Male shoplifter in custody at above location. Officer needed.

1:04 p.m. Boston Turnpike/Lake Street, Two car motor vehicle accident with injuries. Parties transported to UMass.

2:39 p.m. North Quinsigamond/Boston Turnpike, Officer reporting two car motor vehicle accident with no injuries and minor damage.

4:03 p.m. 38 Bruce Avenue, Animal control officer to this location to retrieve kittens.

4:54 p.m. 32 Overlook Ave., Caller reports a dark skinned male walking around the area looks suspicious.

5:22 p.m. 60 Shady Lane, Suspicious person in a black hat and jacket selling magazines at this location. He was transferred to the station for booking and bail.

6:20 p.m. Rt. 140/I290 Disabled motor vehicle on ramp. State police notified.

7:15 p.m. Rt. 20/South Street, 911 call for Disabled motor vehicle.

8:28 p.m. 222 Boston Turnpike, Vital EMS needed for a 9-year-old short of breath. Transported to UMass.

8:37 p.m. 248 Prospect St., Multiple 911 calls for a Motor vehicle accident with injuries. Fire and DA responding. Patient refuses transport.

8:48 p.m. 59 Trowbridge Lane, 911 hang-up

9:09 p.m. 7 Boston Turnpike, Motor Vehicle warning issued.

9:27 p.m. 50 Boston Turnpike, Verbal warning issued to driver.

9:27 p.m. 11 Appaloosa Drive, Caller reporting a black minivan pulled into the driveway stayed a minute and left in unknown direction. Resident told to call back if van returns.

9:36 p.m. 2 Grafton St., Officer assisting Pat's Tow with a disabled motor vehicle.

10:54 p.m. 106 Maple Avenue, 209A attempted. Cell phone number provided by court. Message left on voicemail, no contact.

11:07 p.m. 28 Williamsburg Court, Apt. 3, Breaking and entering at this residence. BOLO put out for suspect with MA registration number 9DW980.
