The Town of Shrewsbury and MCO Housing Services will hold a Public Information Meeting to inform the public of an opportunity for affordable rentals at Madison Place (900 Madison Place, Route 9 East) in Shrewsbury. The meeting will be held at Shrewsbury Town Hall (100 Maple Ave.) on Monday, April 4 at 7 p.m.
Eligibility criteria will be discussed and applications will be available. The application deadline is May 3, 2011. Madison Place offers 15 affordable one- and two-bedroom units. One-bedroom units rent for $1,139 and two-bedroom units rent for $1,267. All units are new construction.
