A brief business meeting of the Friends organization will be held at 6:30 p.m., followed by refreshments at 6:45 p.m. and an Antiques Appraisal program with Ron D'Auteuil of Old Tyme Stuffe at 7:10 p.m.
"Mr. D'Auteuil will first describe what makes your treasured item an antique, collecible or simply something of personal value alone. He'll also discuss why Antiques Roadshow makes great television, but has created some myths in the appraisal field. Following the brief presentation, Mr. D'Auteuil will appraise a limited number of items. The first 10 people registered for this program will receive a guaranteed opportunity to have their item appraised. Additional appraisals will be conducted as time allows."
This event will be held in the Large Meeting Room.
