We are excited to announce the creation of WIN – Work Initiative Network, a network for job seekers. There will be regular meetings at the library on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of every month, starting Sep 12 at 6:30 PM. The coordinator of WIN, Anjana Ganesh, will facilitate the meetings. A Job Search Information Center has been set up in the library with useful materials and information about online resources.
Two Career Skills workshops, to be conducted by professional career experts, have been scheduled for the Fall.
Jumpstart Your Job Search will be led by Lisa Adams, founder of freshaircareers.com on Wed, Sep 26 from 6:30-8 PM. She will help participants analyze the biggest problems in a job search and give tips on how to fix those challenges.
