Elsie Kaye Gift Shop &amp; Artisan Studio In 2009, on a whim, Holly Kenny took a flameworking class and learned to make glass beads. This sparked a love of glass art and led to the launch her business, Elsie Kaye Gift Shop and Art Studio in downtown Westborough. Holly currently teaches flameworking and metalworking at her studio and is on the faculty at the New England Craft Program in Williamsburg, MA. Holly loves the fluidity and movement of glass and enjoys incorporating metals, enamels and other elements that can change the texture and appearance of the glass. As a result, much of her work takes on an abstract, organic feel. Her work, under the name Elsie Kaye Glassworks, can be found at more than 50 boutiques and galleries across the country. Holly is passionate about promoting emerging local artists by selling their work at her retail shop, as well as helping to foster connections with new and existing businesses in the local area. She is an active member of her community, where she has lived with her husband and two children since 2006.

This weekend families enjoy the Fun Fair with the theme, "Passport to the World." Hundreds of students and visitors enjoyed challenges like floor hockey, hula hoop and limbo contests as well as a principal's challenge, which included balancing soda cans and plates. There were also silent auctions and basket raffles with prizes that included Webkinz, Nintendo DS games and various other prizes that children could win. Raffle prizes were given away on Sunday night and Monday and all proceeds from the event went to the Spring Street PTO.
