In Court: Heroin Possession, Driving Offenses

Monday, July 23
Nicole M. Bartorillo, 25, of 10 King Rd., North Brookfield, was charged with possession of a Class A substance (heroin.) Shrewsbury police filed a complaint June 18. The case was continued to Aug. 13.
Peter R. Drake, 56, of 13 Lexington Rd., Northborough, was arrested July 22 by Shrewsbury police and charged with operating under the influence of liquor and speeding. The case was continued to Aug. 24.
Eric H. Brodeur, 37, of 92 Paige Hill Rd., Southbridge, had been arrested by Shrewsbury police in June and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding in violation of special regulations. The first charge was dismissed upon payment of $100 in court costs; he was found not responsible on the second charge.
Frances A. Taylor, 48, of 166 Wings Neck, Pocasset, was arrested by Shrewsbury police July 23 and charged on a fugitive from justice warrant from New Hampshire, for failure to appear. The case was continued to Aug. 13.
Thursday, July 26
Keith M. Vinnicombe, 37, 5 Rugby St., Apt. 10, Worcester, was summonsed to Westborough District Court March 16 when Shrewsbury police filled out a complaint, charging him with driving with a suspended license, suspended registration, unregistered MV, uninsured MV and failure to wear a seatbelt. Locked dismissed the charges upon payment of court fees.
