In Court: Abandoned Vehicle, Shoplifting With Ecstasy
The following cases were heard in Westborough District Court.

Thursday, Oct. 11
Timothy M. Dolan, 28, of 15 Rugby St., Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint by Westborough police on a charge of abandoning a motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $250 in court costs. Police alleged Dolan abandoned his car in the parking lot of Stop & Shop on Lyman Street.
Derek P. Duchense, 24, of 14 Maple St., Bridgton, ME, was summonsed to court on a complaint by Northborough police on charges of unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $300 in court costs.

Jerrod M. Pyatt, 25, of 115 Eastern Ave., Apt. 3, Worcester, was summonsed to court on a complaint from Westborough police on charges of operating with a suspended registration. Judge Vito Virzi dismissed the charge upon payment of $500 in court costs.
Chacondra Hyson, 22, of 155 Well St., Greenfield, was arrested by Northborough police on charges of shoplifting by asportation and possession of a class E substance. Judge Vito Virzi released Hyson on personal recognizance and scheduled a pretrial hearing for Nov. 28. Police allege Hyson shoplifted $632 worth of items from Kohl's and that while searching a shopping bag in her possession, found items possibly stolen from other area stores as well as pills that appeared to be Ecstacy.
