In Court: Drug Trafficker Indicted

A New Hampshire man was indicted in Worcester Superior Court.

Friday, June 15:

Samuel G. Lebron, 33, 59 North Mast Rd., Goffstown, NH, was arrested on March 2 by Holden police for an incident that occurred in Shrewsbury. Lebron was charged with distributing a class B substance, trafficking methamphetamines, and being a fugitive from justice. The case was dismissed in Westborough District Court and Lebron will be indicted in Superior Court.

Karen D. Pusateri, 44, 55 Janet Circle, Shrewsbury, was arrested May 13 by and charged with assault and battery. Judge Virzi dismissed the charges based on a request from the victim.

Sam Masterson, 23, 12 Sadler Ave., Shrewsbury, was summonsed to Westborough District Court when Shrewsbury police issued a complaint Nov. 2, 2011, and charged Masterson with possession to distribute a class D substance. After admitting to sufficient facts, Judge Virzi sentenced him to two months probation and ordered him to remain drug free.

Jose A. Melendez, 46, 23 Lewis St., Worcester, was arrested June 14 by Shrewsbury police for driving with a suspended license, and being a fugitive from justice on a court warrant. Judge Virzi continued the case to July 9.
