New Sherwood Middle School Traffic Patterns

Starting this week, the traffic patterns for parent drop off and pick up will change. Please note the following:

Arrival to school in the morning via parent drop-off:

·       Parent vehicle traffic will enter Sherwood Middle School via Crescent Street. 
·       Parent traffic will follow a counter clockwise pattern- dropping the students off along the curb PLEASE FOLLOW THE ARROWS on the pavement.
·       Students will exit from parent vehicles and enter the building through the back doorway.
·       Parent traffic will exit Sherwood via Crescent Street.

Dismissal from school in the afternoon via parent pick-up:

·       Parent vehicle traffic will enter Sherwood Middle School via Crescent Street. 
·       Parent traffic will follow a counter clockwise pattern-picking the students up at the rear entrance. PLEASE FOLLOW THE ARROWS on the pavement.
·       Parent traffic will exit Sherwood via Crescent Street.
·       Students being dismissed early from school may be picked up at the front office prior to 2:10 (any dismissal after 2:10 p.m. must be from the parent pick up line at the regularly designated dismissal time: 2:40 p.m.).

Students riding the bus to/from school:

·       Bus drop off and pick up will remain the same at Sherwood Middle School

Parking for visits during the school day:

·      Parents and visitors will park in any of the available marked spaces in front of SherwoodMiddle School. Parents will still use the main office entrance and check in at the window for all appointments.
