Sunday, Nov. 5:
Wanderson Gomes DeMoura, 28, of 12B Melvin Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

12:35 a.m.: Anthony Fonitz, 29, of 9 Marshall Rd., Apt. 5, Natick, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as HTO (civil).

7:03 p.m.: A domestic dispute was reported on Boston Turnpike.
7:30 p.m.: A caller reported two men and two women were yelling on Latura Street.
8:08 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Dorianna Avenue for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to St. Vincent's.
11:18 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Old Laxfield Road for a woman with injuries from a fall. She was taken to UMass.
