Wanderson Gomes DeMoura, 28, of 12B Melvin Ave., Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged with unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.

12:35 a.m.: Anthony Fonitz, 29, of 9 Marshall Rd., Apt. 5, Natick, was arrested and charged with operating a motor vehicle with a license revoked as HTO (civil).

12:57 a.m.: A suspicious car with an alarm sounding was reported on Elm Street.

2:03 a.m.: A larceny from a yellow cab was reported on Boston Turnpike. A passenger did not pay a fare.

2:38 a.m.: A suspicious man was reportedly running around outside an apartment on Main Street.

5:30 a.m.: A medical call was reported on Browning Road for a man who was unresponsive, but breathing. He was taken to UMass.

9:12 a.m.: A one-car crash was reported at Route 9 and Plainfield Avenue. One was taken to UMass.

4:31 p.m.: Four suspicious men were reported on Shrewsbury Green Drive.

6:04 p.m.: A caller reported eight lost chickens that are loose from Colton Lane.

7 p.m.: A suspicious car was reported on Prospect Street.

7:03 p.m.: A domestic dispute was reported on Boston Turnpike.

7:30 p.m.: A caller reported two men and two women were yelling on Latura Street.

8:08 p.m.: A medical call was reported on Dorianna Avenue for a woman with difficulty breathing. She was taken to St. Vincent's.
