Police Log: Stuck Elevator, Power-Washing Disturbance

Sunday, Aug. 5
12:23 a.m.: Police received a report of a loud party with a fire pit at 37 Saturn Dr. Police responded; the party host said they were turning in for the night.
12:45 a.m.: Police received an anonymous report of a loud party at 8 Boston Dr. Police responded and spoke to the parties.

7:22 a.m.: A caller from 36 N. Quinsigamond Ave. reported the elevator there would not open. Police and the were dispatched. The person called back and canceled the call, saying the elevator opened.
9:34 a.m.: Police received a hang-up call from an apartment on Commons Drive. The caller was trying to call India.

2:14 p.m.: Police responded to a domestic on Shannon Drive, and called for an ambulance.
4:24 p.m.: A caller reported arching wires from a lightning strike on Pleasant View Street.
5:30 p.m.: A caller reported damage to her vehicle on Walnut Street and Tennis Drive from a falling tree limb.
7:35 p.m.: A caller was involved with a domestic dispute with her husband on South Street. The parties were informed of their rights.
10:40 p.m.: A be on the lookout notice from Charlton was issued; police were looking out for a white Chrysler. The driver was wanted in connection with a possible stabbing/assault in Charlton.
Monday, Aug. 6
12:46 a.m.: A passer-by reported a group of youths in the roadway at Old Mill Road and Elm Street. Police responded.
6:39 a.m.: A caller reported a noise disturbance coming from Napoli Italian Deli & Catering on South Quinsigamond Ave. The business was power-washing the building; police advised them to stop.
6:54 a.m.: Police took a report for an accident with injury at the intersection of Main Street and North Quinsigamond. The patients refused treatment. Two cars were towed from the scene.
