Shrewsbury Annual Town Meeting Will Take Place On June 29

The 2020 Annual Town Meeting Warrant has been posted. The Town Meeting has been scheduled by the Board of Selectmen for June 29, 2020 at 7:00 pm at the Shrewsbury High School Field House located at 64 Holden Street (please note location change).

Given the uncertainty and changing conditions of COVID-19 and the lack of a State budget at this time, the Town Moderator may postpone this meeting up to 30 days at a time but not more than 30 days following the date of rescission of a state of emergency declared by the Governor, under the provisions of Chapter 53 of the Acts of 2020. Proper notice will be given to all Town Meeting Members when any changes occur to this schedule. Further the Town will distribute the warrant and all other official documents related to the meeting no later than 7 days in advance in accordance with our bylaws.
