Shrewsbury Elector to Cast Vote to Electoral College on Monday
Jason Palitsch of Shrewsbury casts his vote on Monday at the anticipated Electoral College vote.

SHREWSBURY, MA — The 11 Massachusetts members of the Electoral College, including Jason Palitsch of Shrewsbury, cast their votes on Monday in the Massachusetts House Chamber at 3 p.m. for Hillary Clinton and Tim Kaine. All electors are expected to cast their votes for the Democratic candidates, who won Massachusetts' votes.
Palitsch is government and public affairs specialist at Veterans' Inc.
The Electoral College is a process that elects the president and vice president of the United States, and consists of 538 electors. The candidate who receives 270 votes becomes the next president.
