• At 12:39 p.m., Thomas R. O’Malley, 36, 8 Williamsburg Court, Apt. 2, Shrewsbury, was arrested and charged on a warrant
• At 2:49 p.m., police responded to a report of a woman passed out in her vehicle, Essex Drive
• At 3:41 p.m., police responded to a complaint from a neighbor that another neighbor is taking apart her wall
• At 11:46 p.m., a resident reported that his vehicle was broken into and his wallet was stolen, Toblin Hill Drive

Tuesday, Nov. 4

• At 2:17 a.m., police arrested and charged Roger William Katinas, 26, 30 Everad St., Apt. 2, Worcester, with shoplifting by asportation, third offense
• At 7:53 a.m., police responded to a report of gun shots heard near a house on Oak Street
• At 9:50 a.m., police responded to a report of stolen tools from property on Hartford Turnpike
• At 10:07 a.m., a person reported that he found one live bullet at 7 Trowbridge Circle
• At 11:29 a.m., harassment was reported, Lake Street
• At 12:03 p.m., a resident of South Quinsigamond Ave. reported that someone was blowing leaves into the roadway
