Shrewsbury Town Manager Needs Qualified Individuals For Conservation Commission

The Town Manager is currently seeking qualified individuals interested in serving on the Conservation Commission.

The primary function of the Conservation Commission is to preserve and protect the local wetland resource areas, as defined in the Massachusetts Wetland Protection Act. This includes the protection of water quality and water supplies, storm water and flood damage prevention, and protection of wildlife and plant habitat.

The Conservation Commission typically meets on the third Tuesday of the month.

Interested parties must be registered voters of the Town and are asked to submit a letter of interest and qualifications by mail to Kevin J. Mizikar, Town Manager, 100 Maple Avenue, Shrewsbury, MA or by email to amartinez@shrewsburyma.gov no later than 4:30 pm on Tuesday, June 16, 2020.
