Elsie Kaye Gift Shop &amp; Artisan Studio In 2009, on a whim, Holly Kenny took a flameworking class and learned to make glass beads. This sparked a love of glass art and led to the launch her business, Elsie Kaye Gift Shop and Art Studio in downtown Westborough. Holly currently teaches flameworking and metalworking at her studio and is on the faculty at the New England Craft Program in Williamsburg, MA. Holly loves the fluidity and movement of glass and enjoys incorporating metals, enamels and other elements that can change the texture and appearance of the glass. As a result, much of her work takes on an abstract, organic feel. Her work, under the name Elsie Kaye Glassworks, can be found at more than 50 boutiques and galleries across the country. Holly is passionate about promoting emerging local artists by selling their work at her retail shop, as well as helping to foster connections with new and existing businesses in the local area. She is an active member of her community, where she has lived with her husband and two children since 2006.

A Worcester man faces multiple charges after peering into some windows, and running from police, and hiding in the woods, on Wednesday night. Roger Holm, 22, 9 Oakview St., Worcester, was arrested and charged with A&amp;B on an officer, disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and intimidation of a witness, said police. Shortly after 9:11, police responded to a residence on North Quinsigamond Ave. in Shrewsbury, with the caller reporting that two males were looking into his windows. Both wore dark hoodies and backpacks. One of the men was detained when police arrived, while Holm led police on a foot pursuit along North Quinsigamond Ave. into the woods near Lear Street. With the assistance of Auburn police K9s, he was captured, and arrested.
